Klayton D. Smith Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Klayton D. Smith of Lake Orion, Michigan, who passed away on February 28, 2025, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Klayton departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Klayton. Though Klayton may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jennifer Smith; his children, Klayton Dalaney Smith II (Kennady Lehman), Koal Smith and Alexis Shelton; his parents, Kimberly Sirmans (Terry) and Ken Smith (Mary Ellen); and his siblings, Kenny Smith (Theresa), Alex Sirmans (Becky), Meghan Haun (Robert), Ashley Lujan (Ronnie) and Terra Trombley (Kevin). He was also cherished by his family and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Modetz Funeral Home Silverbell Chapel (100 E Silverbell Rd, Orion Twp, MI 48360). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
