He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Melanie Mikolas, Dayna Mattis and Heather Mikolas; his grandsons, Hugh and Miles; his sister Joanne Monacelli (late Mario); his sisters-in-law, Donna Knapp and Nancy Stonehouse (Chris); and his father-in-law Fred Beltz. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
