She was predeceased by: her parents, George Turner and Verna Turner (Norvell); her husband Ronald R. Smith; and her siblings, Eileen, Ione, Donald, Lester, Clarence, Carol and Kenneth.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Garcia (Tito), Greg Smith (Connie), Diane Hennig (Chuck) and Brian Smith (Sharon); her sisters, Margie Ryckman (Cecil), Helen Lewis (Jack) and Neva Kolodziejczak (Don); and her sister-in-law Jane Turner (Lester). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter.
Memorial contributions in June's honor may be made to the Orion Township Fire Department.
