She was predeceased by: her spouse Henry Edward Banas; and her parents, Andrew Zarembski and Caroline Zarembski. She is survived by: her children, Christine M. Anderson (Robert), Jane A. Emsley (Bradford) and Rita C. Hetherington (Craig); her grandchildren, Robert Anderson, Richard, Adam, Drew Hetherington, Ellyn Letina (Tom) and Matthew Emsley; and her great grandchildren, Eva and Jack.

Donations may be made to Capuchin Soup Kitchen or to Wounded Warrior's Project.
