He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Delaney and Agnes Roberts (Klasges); his wife Carmen Roberts (Jennings); and his siblings, Frederick Roberts (Tena) and Helen Cooper (Joseph).
He is survived by: his daughters, Kerry Tieman (Dave) and Carleen Penoza (Chuck); his grandchildren, Amber Hans (Brandon), Cassandra Tieman, Allyson Tieman, Madeleine Penoza and William Charles "Charlie" Penoza IV; his niece Nancy Cooper Freely (late Kevin); and his nephew Peter Cooper (Linda).
