Bethyl Jean Ellenberger Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bethyl Jean Ellenberger of Lake Orion, Michigan, born in Port Huron, Michigan, who passed away on January 29, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Helen Fox and Howard "Bud" Spencer; her brothers-in-law, Larry Ellenberger, Sam Ellenberger and Bill Roberts; her parents, Howard Spencer and Helen Spencer (McDonald); and her husband Edward G. Ellenberger.
She is survived by: her children, Lorrie Ellenberger of Vanderbilt, Edward (Tammy) of Onaway and Dan (Megan) of Onaway; her grandchildren, Amber Ellenberger (Bob Garms), Camryn Ellenberger (Desi Stiles), Connor and Lexi Ellenberger; her sons, Chaise and Mike Coss; her great grandchild Bronsyn; her sister Shirley Wiczorek (Larry Scott) of Port Huron; her siblings-in-law, Ella Roberts of Onaway and Fred Ellenberger of Onaway; her close friend Carl Bailey; and also Sally Heythaler. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
The funeral service scheduled for Sunday has been cancelled due to Covid.
A graveside service will be held in the spring at North Allis Township Cemetery Those planning an expression of sympathy please consider a donation in memory of Bethyl to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
