He was predeceased by: his grandfather McNeely. He is survived by: his mother Barbara; his stepfather Jack Warren; his father Rick McNeely; his brother Brett Nicholson; his grandparents, Elizabeth Stoneburgh, Kenneth and Jewel Franklin Luxen; and his friends, Sierra, Kacey Taylor, Phil Perry and Bryan Johns. He is also survived by many aunts; uncles; cousins.
