He is survived by: his mother Joyce Koetje (Royce); his wife Tanya Oosterhouse; his children, Josiah, Jesse, Matthew, Elizabeth "Gracie", Lucas and Kathryn; his father-in-law Ken Oosterhouse (Nancy); his siblings, Peter Koetje and Kristine VanLaan (John); and his siblings-in-law, Ryan Oosterhouse (Sarah), Seth Oosterhouse (Becky), Caleb Oosterhouse (Mallory) and Julie Kastanek (David).
