He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemary Kauffman; and his parents, Roy Kauffman and Stella Kauffman. He is survived by: his children, Robin Kauffman, Becky Eckstrom (Jeff), Lee Kauffman (Melissa), Ron Kauffman (Dawn) and Shane Hughes (Shannon); his grandchildren, Jason Kauffman (Robyn), Samantha Boucher (Levon Stoecker), Ronald Kauffman (Danielle) and Cassandra Kauffman (Jordan Pfeifer); his great grandchildren, Ella, Kora, Kade Boucher, Avalynne Kauffman, Justin, Austin Sal, Jaise Pfeifer, Brinley, Timothy Haney and Victoria Rose Pfeifer; and his sisters, Ruth Ann Newman (Ernie) and Julie Benschoter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Koops Funeral Chapel (935 4th Ave, Lake Odessa, MI 48849). A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
