He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern E. and Daisy M. Waite (Spring); his aunt Julia "Doo" Spring; and his siblings, Flora Bell Roman and Clarence Waite.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his sons, John Waite (Cindy) of Lake Odessa and Jim Waite (Colleen) of Belmont, MI; his grandchildren, Tabitha Yuhas (Josh) of Wyoming, MI, Michael-John Waite (Ashley) of Washington, Corey Waite of Greenville, MI and Danny Waite of Belmont, MI; his great grandchildren, Avalon Yuhas and Josiah Yuhas; his sisters, Barbara Fischer of Grand Rapids, MI and Doreen Gould (Jay) of Port Austin, MI.; and also Rockford.
