She was predeceased by: her parents, Karel "Charles" Hostens and Laura Hostens (Segaert); her husband Andrew Tempelaere; her son-in-law Michael Burrows; her grandson Matthew Tempelaere; her siblings, Hilaire (Agnes), Maria (Raymond), Valare (Denise), Sister Elizabeth, Aurel, Paul (Christian), Cecile (Julien) and Antoon II; her brother-in-law Marcel; and her nephew Luc Adam.

She is survived by: her family Belgium; her children, Marleen Tempelaere (Ted Hanner), Johan Tempelaere (Susan) and Katrien Burrows; her grandson Aaron Tempelaere (Kami Larripa); her children, Bethany Erickson (Sarah Tyria), Emily Tempelaere (James Parsons) and Eric Tempelaere (José Teixeira); her great grandchildren, Ava Tempelaere, Scout Tempelaere and Luke Larripa; and her sister Lutgarde.
