She was predeceased by: her mother Maxine Charter. She is survived by: her father Devern Charter; her children, Gary McDiarmid (De McNett) and Ida; her son-in-law Wayne Neitzke; her brother Dewey; her sister-in-law Melinda Charter; and her sister Sandra Charter (Joe James). She is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
