She was predeceased by : her parents, Frances Evelyn (Cheal) and William Irvin Hoover; her husband Duane; her brother Maurice Hoover; and her stepfather William Brovont.

She is survived by : her daughters, Elaine Wells (Dan) and Cheryl Allen (Tim); and her granddaughters, Elizabeth Allen and Katherine Haff (Andrew).

The family is encouraging people to wear masks and will have some available.
