He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stephens and Lily Stephens (Norris); his wife Dorothy; and his son James Stephens. He is survived by: his children, Christine Goodenough (Bobby), David Stephens, Cathy Harshman (Larry), Cilena Stephens, Crystal Gibson (James Caswell), Marie Stansell (Gary) and Kim Santiago (Jaraquis Tate); and his siblings, Floyd Stephens, Imagene Palmer and Mary Pyle. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
