He is survived by: his mother Eleanor; his siblings, Rose Henry (Richard), William Bailiff and Carol Proctor; and his children, Melissa Bailiff and Grace Ann Miller (Jerry). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
