He is survived by: his wife Trudy; his children, Andrew Shade (Stephanie) and Eric Shade (Annette); his grandchildren, Evan Shade and Olivia Shade; his siblings, Sherrie Wacha (Tom), Marcelene Sisler, Dean Shade (Shirley), Pearl Shade-Wagner, Bobbie Shade, Jerry Stalter, Peg Dunnigan (Reg) and Jane Raymond (Les); his friend Ray Cross; his daughter Jordan Shade; his daughter-in-law Terri Shade; and his siblings, Frances Johnston, Letha Reese, Karolyn Stalter, Linda Stidham, Bob Hill, Brandon Shade and Marvin Shade. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
