He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Vandecar and Gertrude Vandecar; his sons, Kevin (Christal) and Rick (Kelley); his grandchildren, Evan, Brandi, Zachary and Aaron; his wife Regenia; his siblings, Delores Winey (Elmer) and Gary Vandecar (Susan); and his great grandchildren, Jordan and Cain.
