He is survived by: his children, Rhiannon E. Seabolt, Terry A. Clifford and Jessica N. Crespo; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Clifford, Breanna Clifford, Emmalee Clifford and Ryker Garrett; and his siblings, Dave, Mary Seabolt, Richard Seabolt, Mary Anderson, Mark and Terrell Palmer Seabolt.
