She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Hazel and Ida Elnora Hazel (Lucas); her husband Art; her great grandchild Austin DeGraaf; and her siblings-in-law, Paul Erickson, Norman Erickson, Pat Erickson and Helen McCaul.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Jackson (Harold), Cindy Klifman (Paul) and Christy Erickson; her grandchildren, David Jackson, Gary Jackson, Josh Kifman, Gresha Eberly (Devin) and Jenna Allen (Tommy); her great grandchildren, Aden DeGraaf, Walker Klifman, Steehl, Reign, Pheenyx Eberly, Thomas and Leonard Allen; her brothers, Richard Hazel (Delores) and Lee Junior Hazel (Roxie); her siblings-in-law, John Erickson (Lucille), Harry Erickson, Alvin Erickson and Esther Erickson; and her friend John Whitham. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
