He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Bessonen and Eva Bessonen (Tiri); and his sister Cheryl Swies. He is survived by: his wife Sherri Lee Normand; his children, Kerri Sullivan (James) of Rochester, MN, Kelli Bashynski (Steve) of Arbor Vitae, WI and Kurt Bessonen (Erin) of Eyota, MN; his grandchildren, Gwen, Eli Sullivan, Beau, Lyndin, Birdee Bashynski, Lillian and Owen Bessonen; and his brothers, David (Cynthia) of Santa Rosa, CA and John Bessonen (Kari). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Pearce Funeral Home, Inc. (455 4th St, Lake Linden, MI 49945-0115).
