He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Barkell and Eleanor Barkell; and his sister Delores. He is survived by: his wife Ann Lamorand; his children, Charlotte Barkell (Rod Chapman) of Hubbell, Kelly Curto (Mike) of New London, WI and Dan Barkell of Fremont, WI; his grandchildren, Alex Barkell (Nea), Lauren Barkell (Seville), Quintin and Gavin Barkell; his brother Gordy (Linda); and his niece Gail Heskett (Ed). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
