He is survived by: his nieces, Peggy Taylor, Nancy Teed (Pat) and Kelly Warren (Roger); his nephew Michael McMaster (Nancy); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Charles Molitor, Ryan Molitor, Melissa Teed, Don Teed (Heather), Roger Warren II and Mathew Warren (Ayla); and his cousin Diana Uitvlugt.
