She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Apps and Elizabeth Apps (Chrispell); her former husband Robert Nichols; her husband Lucien Lenkiewicz; her siblings, Keith Apps, Eva Nowlin and Hilda Young; her daughter Nancy Dieterle; her grandson John Hose; and her great grandchild Tristan Dieterle.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Nichols of Sylvester, Edward Nichols (Roberta) of Houghton Lake and Patricia Hose of Lake City; her son-in-law Irvin Dieterle of Ishpeming; and her grandchildren, Sabine Schafer, Jeff Hose, Jody Wade, Ed Nichols, Lisa Stewart, Denise Platteborze, Michelle Freeman, Duke Dieterle, Tracy Keller, Summer Brandt, Jason Hose and Jamie Dieterle. She is also survived by 29 great-grandchildren and 24 great-great grandchildren.
