He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Sr. Hose and Myrtle Marie Hose (Spink); his son John Hose; his great grandchild Layne Toliver; and his siblings, Kate Thompson, Bonnie Gilde, Russell Hose and Jake Hose.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Hose, Jody Wade (Rodney) and Jason Hose (Amber); his daughter-in-law Tracy Hose; his grandchildren, Autumn Soliman (Aiman), Matthew Wade (Hannah), Ashley Lubbers (Matt), Alyssa Dieterman (Nate), Emma Wade, Katie Hose, David Hose, Nick Hose (Adri), Andie Hose, Amie Hose and Brixton Hose; and his sister Victoria Hose. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
