He is survived by: his son Harold G. Lewis, Jr. of Lake City; his grandchildren, Amber Alexander, Ashtin Lewis and David Goodman; his close friend Donna Lewis; his siblings, Terry Lewis (Joyce), Dennis Lewis, Marjory Tallman, Marilyn Houghton, Bonnie Matyanczyk and Emma Rohlman (Wilbert); and his brother-in-law Jerry Vokes. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
