He was predeceased by: his parents, Clare Bartholomew and Lottie Bartholomew (Twining); and his siblings, Wilbert, Jerry, Earl and Audrey.

He is survived by: his wife Janet LaBelle; his sons, Frederick II (Karen) of Lake City and Jeremy of Lake City; his grandchildren, Kurtis, Kyle (Leianna), Brandi (Austin) and Bailey; and his sister Joan Weatherby of Lake City. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
