She is survived by: her significant other Roscoe Adkins; her siblings, Robert Head, Catherine Johnson and Bonnie Dalton; her great grandchildren, Mackenzie K. Littleton and Brad Lee Clifford; her daughters, Dixie Smith (Daryl) and Cheryl Adkins Peffers (Oscar); her grandchildren, Sarah Hall, Heather Hutchins, Natalie Hall, Stephanie Holt and Dustin Mowrey; her great grandchildren, Nikolas Miller, Ayden, Riley Hall, Cory, Sean, Caleb Clifford, Joshua, Tyler Hall, Xzara Miller and Zachary Holt; and her siblings, June Lewis, Kenneth Head, Ruby Moran, Lula Mae Dobbins, Lorraine Crouse and Linda Collis.
