He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Helsel and Margaret Helsel; and his sister Joan. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Tidey; his son Keith (Amy); his granddaughter Emma; his sisters, Joyce Harris, Sandra Ames (Terry) and Carol Hejnal (Jimmy); and his sister-in-law Barb Akers (Tom). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
