We are sad to announce that on June 16, 2022, at the age of 88, Dorothy Ruth Stephens of Lake City, Michigan, born in Boulder City, Nevada passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kortuem and Alice Kortuem (Smith); and her siblings, Joseph, Thomas, Elizabeth, Lucile and Velma.

She is survived by: her husband Allan C. Stephens of Lake City; her children, Deborah Campbell (Craig) of Lake City, Karen Hoffman (Mike) of Grand Blanc, Thomas Stephens (Crystal) of Davison and Teresa Baldwin (Mark) of Manton; and her sisters, Mary, Martha, Josephine and Cecile. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
