He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Palmer and Dorothy Palmer (Narva); and his son Troy Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Troon; his son Corey Palmer (Heather); his granddaughters, Claira and Emery; his siblings, Dale Palmer (Carol), Randy Palmer and Joyce Schepers (Jerry); and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Wagner and Rob Troon.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers contributions be directed to the Vogel Center Christian Reformed Church.
