He was predeceased by: his father Gary C. Hoffman; and his siblings, Craig Thomas Hoffman and Dianne Lynn Hoffman. He is survived by: his mother Karolyn Kay Hoffman (Sanders) of Lake City; his daughters, Emily Hoffman of Grand Rapids and Madison Hoffman of Lake City; and his aunts, Carmen Pasternak of Saginaw and Gail Sanders of Clinton Township.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Stephen Catholic Church of Lake City (506 W Union St, Lake City, MI 49651). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
