She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Pettit and Dorothy Pettit (Mints); her sister Lynne Tobel; and her pet Mikey. She is survived by: her husband Bill Sandtveit; her children, Curt Sandtveit (Annie) of Lansing, Michigan, Paula Sandtveit (Justin Nerg) of Lake Ann, Michigan and Holly Messenger (Kris) of Kalamazoo, Michigan.; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Olivia Sandtveit, Teagan, Breckin, Kaiah, Nico, Drake Nerg, Isa, Amelie and Elena Messenger; and her nephews, Russ, Brian and Brock Tobel.
