He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest and Lucille; his sister Linda Thomas (Larry Thomas); and his daughter Jennifer Ann. He is survived by: his brother Larry; his wife Shirley; his son Daniel Thomas (Karma); his grandsons, Zane Allen, Ty Dorian and Kole Curtis; his brother Jerry Thomas (Glenna); and his siblings-in-law, Joe Ricket (Linda) and Faye Thomas.
