He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Marguerite Decker (Morgan); his stepmother Lois Decker; his son Jeffrey; and his brothers, Charles and Roy.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara of Lake Ann; his children, Gary Decker (Katie) of Cheboygan, Judy Manners (Mike) of Lake Ann and Christen Satchwell (Randy) of Petoskey; and his brother Bob Decker (Judy) of Onaway.
