She was predeceased by: her husband Leroy "Lee" Nielsen; her children, Nick Sanford, James Nielsen and Nancy Dobson; and her siblings, Sylvia Warner, Almeda Baser, Elmer "Bud" McConnell and Robert McConnell.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Sanford, Walter "Jim" Sanford (Nye) and Mark Nielsen (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Terry Gillespie (Kelly), Danielle Gillespie, Vanessa Booth (Kevin), Tammie Howe (Greg), Nicole Hofmeister (Tim), Mary McConnell, Brian Jackson (Shannon), Cindy Vargo (Dave), Kimberly Fischer (Kerry), Suzanna Bellon (Jimi), Grace Nielsen, Ginger Reeder (Ron), James Sanford (Marissa) and Courtney Judd; and her son-in-law Clarence Dobson. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren and many great-great-grandchildren.
