She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Forrester and Neva Forrester (Fall); her husband Robert P. Smith; her son Robert; and her sibling DeAnn Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Eugene and David Smith (Carol Sue); her daughter-in-law Rosalyn Smith; and her grandchildren, Donna Smith, Greg Smith, Valerie Smith, David Smith, Kristen Smith, Travis Granham, Tyson Smith, Sonja Orweller, Carmalita Sawyer, Daniel Smith and Wanita Mitchell. She is also survived by 35 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
