She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Percy VanSickle and Patrina VanSickle (Peterson); her husband Carmen Carpenter; her children, Daniel Carpenter (Sandy), Rhoda Paxton and Joy Dempsey (Jim); her grandchildren, Tina, Gail, Justin, Mitchell, Jana, Enoch, Jeff and Jamie; her sister Clarice; her grandson Jonathan; and her sister Pauline. She was also cherished by 5 great grandchildren.
