She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Balzcak and Patricia Balzcak (Houck); and her brother Andrew Balzcak. She is survived by: her husband Dave; her children, Joshua Poorman (Jarmila) of Providence Forge, VA, Jacob Poorman of Lowell, MI and Samantha Poorman of Chicago, IL; her stepson Derek Girton (Lauren) of Dewitt, MI; her grandsons, Julian, Jonathan Poorman, Tyler and Connor Girton; and her siblings, Laura Brown (Rob), Michele Onken and Dave Balzcak (Nicole). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
