He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Ginther and Mable Ginther; his daughter Diane Nowlin; and his siblings, Hap, Barb, Beverly and Dee.
He is survived by: his wife Glenna J. Ginther; and his children, David Ginther (Laurie), Gwen Ginther and Gayla Upham (Lloyd). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society, the Laingsburg Lions Club, or the American Heart Association.
