He is survived by: his wife Jen; his parents, Gary and Betsy; his siblings, Beth Van Dyke (Mike) and Jim Clark (Lance); his nephew Caleb Van Dyke (Bri); his niece Emma Van Dyke; his parents-in-law, Dale Harkins and Barb Harkins; his brother-in-law Steve Harkins (Vanessa); his nephews, Tony and John; and his niece Lauren.
