He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Spragg and Jewel Spragg (Conner); and his sisters, Cynthia Spragg and Barbara Tolsdorf. He is survived by: his sons, Ian Spragg and Eric Spragg; and his sisters, Paula Christensen (Donald) and Theresa Coleman (Larry).
