He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lewis and Ann Lewis (Shalkey); and his siblings, William Lewis and MaryLou Badger. He is survived by: his wife Marie Addy; his sons, Gregory Lewis (Cheryl) and Scott Lewis; his grandchildren, Ryan Lewis (Michele), Ashley Tatum (Justin), Christopher Lamanna (Briell), Brandon Lewis (Hannah Amodeo) and Taylor Lewis; his great grandchildren, Emerson and Maisie; and his brother Robert Lewis (Elaine).
