He was predeceased by: his brother William Howe (Bill). He is survived by: his wife Pearl; his daughter Tracy Howe Kraft (Peter); his grandchildren, Taylor, Macallan, Hunter and Ryder (Frenchtown); and his siblings, Judy Gilbert (Art), Carol Burgess (Mike), Michael Howe (Ann) and James Howe (Robin).
Per his wishes, he has been donated to the University of Michigan anatomical donations program.
