He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lewis and Louise Lewis (Kaiser); his son David Lewis; and his siblings, Liz Cordes and Ken Lewis.

He is survived by: his children, Dee Ann Irby and Dawn Jones (Greg); his grandchildren, Harold, Jayden, Aubrey and Gunner Jones; his close friend Dawn Neuman; and his siblings, Louann Jerome and George Lewis (Faye). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
