She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Roy and Annie Roy; her son-in-law David Bahling; and her sister Marie Frechette. She is survived by: her children, Mike Atkinson (Pam) of Luck, WI, Marty Atkinson of Lachine, Mark Atkinson (Denise) of Gaylord, MI, Karen Wilson (Richard) of Lachine and Kathy Berry (Don) of Lachine; her grandchildren, Diane Knock (Beau), Jarred Wilson (Dana), Jill Hiske (Brent), Karri Wilson (Lisa), Annie Johnson (Jeremy), Andy Atkinson (Sarah), Ben Bahling and Jessie Thomason (Ben); and her great grandchildren, Ruby, Wren, Hank, Eden Knock, Noah, Aubrey Wilson, Ella, David, Isaac, Hannah Hiske, Gus, Iggy Johnson, Justin, Autumn, Olivia Atkinson and James Thomason.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Long Rapids First Congregational Church (5440 Church St, Lachine, MI 49753). A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at the Long Rapids Cemetery (5540 Church St, Lachine, MI 49753).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Long Rapids Congregational Church, 5440 Church Street, Lachine, MI 49753 or Hospice of Michigan.
