Albert VanDusen Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2024, at the age of 88, Albert VanDusen in Lachine, Michigan, born in Alpena, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert J. VanDusen and Myrtle VanDusen (Allen); and also, Alvin and Allen. He is survived by: his wife Emily VanDusen (Bahrke); his children, Cheryl MacDonald (Greg), William VanDusen and James VanDusen; his former wife Shirley Worthington; his grandchildren, Nathan MacDonald (Corrine), Joshua MacDonald, Heather VanDusen, Alyssa VanDusen and Mikayla VanDusen; his great grandchildren, Rory, Rylee, Remi MacDonald, Xavier VanDusen and Easton VanDusen; and his sister-in-law Gloria Van Dusen.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McWilliams Funeral Home (504 W Washington Ave, Alpena, MI 49707). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
