He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Phagan and Willie Phagan (Cockrell); and his siblings, Brenda Steen and Paul Phagan. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Braner; his sons, Craig Phagan and Chad Phagan; his grandchildren, Dominic, Samantha, Damon, Delshawn and Anthony; his great grandchildren, Aubranne and Riley; and his brother Wayne Phagan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
