She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hammond and Jean Hammond (Moore); and her siblings, Arden Hammond, Rachel Hammond and Susan Blayney.

She is survived by: her daughter Jeanine P. Hammond; her husband Dave Blomquist of Kingston; her children, Russell Blomquist (Dawn Lounsberry) of Silverwood, Alisha Vislosky (Jason) of Marlette and Jessica Pisha (Dale) of Kingston; her grandchildren, Drue Pisha, Hector Pisha, Claire Pisha, Madelynn Vislosky and Matilda Vislosky; and her siblings, Robert Hammond, Janet Wnuk, Forrest Hammond and Margaret Warrington.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Jessica Pisha for the family's wishes.
