He was predeceased by: his father James Everett Stevens. He is survived by: his mother Joanne Stevens; his children, Brent Stevens (Joy) and Cori Stevens; his grandchildren, Jade, Jared, DaniRae and Ryan; his stepchildren, Nichole, Kayla and Kelsey; and his siblings, Rick Stevens, Jim Stevens (Rita), Rob Stevens, Chris Stevens (Jenny) and Sandy Turner (Denny).
