He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard M. Tucker and Vivian Tucker Beebe (Green); his wife Bonnie Ellen Lester; his stepfather Fred Beebe; and his brother Jim Tucker.
He is survived by: his children, Vincent, Jenell Tucker, Turina Tucker (Levi Lynch), Lance Tucker (Rachel Chapple) and Howard F. Tucker; and his brothers, Robert (Carol Tucker) and Bill (Martha Beebe). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
